Many of us have moments in our life where we simply feel inadequate, or like we could be or do better, physically or emotionally. However, it’s not about who you portray yourself as externally, or what you look like on the outside. It is all about how you feel, deeply, on the inside! You seriously don’t need any expertise or experience in any background to feel truly and wholly fulfilled in your emotional, mental, and physical body! Sometimes it’s best to go in blindly trusting your own process and journey. To trust in your inner faith so intently – that is a truly remarkable quality!

Not every day is going to be a fantastic day, but when the external throws you some uncomfortable curveballs, you can always settle back into the centre of yourself. It’s time for you to embrace your innate worth and incredible joy from the vast wells of the life force that lies within you! Feeling good on the inside does wonders for your ability to navigate the many emotional triggers and negative physical habits that this reality provides us. Each day, there are plenty of opportunities for growth.
The most powerful thing we can do is accept and love ourselves. When you feel sluggish or worse for wear on the outside, know the best and brightest expression of your essence is right there, waiting for you to tap into it! Regardless of any external or internal shadows, you will always GLOW!
It’s Never Too Late!
How old are you? Do you think that your cells stop renewing at age 27, and that it’s then technically all over? On the contrary, you may think that 65 is the new 35? Your age is not a reflection of your being, and it doesn’t define you. It’s never too late to give yourself the love, honour and respect that you deserve! Your physical body is the vehicle that has carried you, and will carry you until your last breath, and even then, it isn’t too late! The dedication and care you offer your physical self in this experience will cause a ripple effect, stirring magical pools of untapped evolution within your soul! The infinite nature of your being knows no bounds. It doesn’t speak in age or numbers!
Tips And Toning
There are a few basic recommended tips and tricks to focus on, ensuring you gracefully flow into prosperity in all forms as you get older. The key to any healthy lifestyle, first and foremost, is a healthy, alkaline diet. Acidity in the body is the culprit that causes a multitude of diseases, ailments, and illnesses. Arthritis affects your flexibility, and this represents your ability to navigate and flow through life and its ever-changing landscapes. An alkaline diet prevents buildup around the joints, allowing your movement through your experience to be effortless! Eating fresh, nutrient-dense food nourishes your body’s cells, stimulating healing, cellular regeneration and reproduction. Giving your body the essentials, helps it to continue to work in its own favour, instead of stripping away or storing things that you actually require or don’t truly need!
Wrinkles, lines and all the other attributes of ageing all stem from toxins within your body. Paying attention to the things you choose to ingest, and the habits you form to assist your body in its detoxification processes, are all increasingly important aspects leading towards undeniable vitality!
Exercise! Stimulating blood flow and oxygen to the brain combats many mental signs of ageing. It’s just as important to ensure your mind has the fuel it needs – and not just from food! Go slow, be gentle with yourself when you exercise. Slow is the new fast. Not only does this prevent injury, but it allows for more disciplined movement control, leading to deeper activations within the muscles and cells of your physical body. Your body is a dynamic, magical and incredibly capable gift! Trust in your own knowing, and approach yourself with gentleness, forgiveness, compassion and courage!
Within each of us sometimes there arises a deep sense of unease or discomfort. In fact, perhaps it is always there. The ways we can express these feelings, are infinite. Some may show aggression, some show depression. Perhaps it rises from your belly as anxiety, throwing your mental state into the toils of chaos. Perhaps the emptiness or numbness simply leaves you flat, longing, uninspired, and tired.
However, to feel so deeply into yourself and to be so connected and aware of your inner workings, this is one of the greatest blessings offered to us in our conscious experience. Shifting the perspective from “I don’t want to feel like this” into “what a blessing that I get to experience this so deeply!” is key to creating a soft space for you to pause, contemplate and embrace any emotional experience.
Some say if you repress an emotion enough times, it will manifest as a physical disease (broken down, you will see dis-ease is in fact not ‘being at ease’). Therefore, it is immensely important to simply allow. Allow all of it. Allow yourself to experience the weird, wonderful, magical, uncomfortable and painful, without judgement. Be with it, flow with it, embrace it like you would a wounded child. This can only lead you to true wholeness as you learn to deeply integrate all parts of yourself.

When I started doing the inner work and paying deep attention to my inner world, I found my authenticity, my innate vibrant vitality, my strength! The deeper I go within myself, the younger I feel. The true essence of your personal power is available to you within your experience of life. You just have to tap into it, harness it and believe it! There’s nothing to fear! The prime of your life can last forever, and you can embody the most extraordinary expressions of self-love. Walking in my highest purpose, even on days when I am humbled by the world – is because I fully trust, know and have faith in my inner self – for this I am immensely grateful.
