How It Works

These classes are designed to enhance your fitness levels by providing educational and nourishing training on the Do’s and Don’t of workouts. Claudia specializes in showcasing the connection between the mind and body, and will be able to assist you in moving beyond your limitations. These classes are great if you are a beginner who has never trained before, or if you have reached a certain level of fitness and are wanting to progress in your training. 

The classes will combine strategic core functionality with movement to provide you with a holistic workout experience. Claudia focuses on teaching her students how to utilize every muscle within the body, all while doing a single exercise. These classes are formulated with learning, evolution and growth in mind, ensuring that self-transformation and confidence are attained at the end of every month.

For only $60 per month, you get access to three semi-private workout sessions with Claudia on Zoom. This amount includes a 14-day trial period (up to 6 sessions within 14 days), and you will gain access to the UBA 14-day wellness app free of charge. Every month you will receive the following:
